3. User-Provided Training Data

The website enquiry form asks for a small set of contact, competition, and training-preference details. When you submit it, those answers are transmitted electronically to JAHIZ through a third-party form delivery service, which processes the submission and forwards it to JAHIZ. By submitting the form you agree to that delivery.

Health information and supporting files are not collected by the website form. They may be requested separately and privately if they are needed before training begins. If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp or by email, those messages are provided voluntarily and are governed by the terms of the service you use to send them.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to: attempt to copy or replicate the website, programs, or services; reverse-engineer, bypass, or tamper with website security; upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content; use any information from this website without permission; or provide false information in registration forms.

5. Payments & Purchases

All purchases made for online courses, workshops, or training programs are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

By participating in any training programs, you acknowledge that you are medically capable of participating in physical activity; you assume full responsibility for your health and safety; you will follow professional medical advice when necessary; and you understand that athletic training involves inherent risks.
